Shipping, Duties, Subscription & Exchange Policies

At The Luxuriate, we are committed to transparency and our policies are listed below.

Shipping – United States Customers

For customers located in the United States, the price of our promotional Starter Pack is displayed at checkout is the total amount payable.

For subscription orders:

  • Free shipping directly to your door for your initial order
  • Every subsequent refill shipments for 1 refill will incur a $5 flat rate shipping fee. For refill shipments with 2 or more refills will be eligible for free shipping.
  • No duties, tariffs, or additional fees upon delivery.
  • Orders are shipped with all costs covered.

Should future customs regulations change, any applicable duties or courier-imposed fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Australian Customers

Free shipping is eligible for all subscription orders and for one time orders above $150.

Other Shipping & Duties Policies

  • Free shipping applies to all orders above the threshold amount displayed in the website’s notice bar.
  • All orders are shipped directly from our Australian warehouse.
  • For customers in the USA, UK, EU, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark: all listed prices include duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid). The price you see at checkout is the final amount payable.  For EU customers, VAT may apply subject to regulations in your country.
  • For customers in regions not listed above, local duties or sales taxes may apply. Please check with your local customs authority if uncertain.

Dispatch Times

  • In-stock orders: dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Pre-order stone holders: dispatched within 7 days of the estimated shipping date specified in your order confirmation.
  • During sale periods: please allow up to 10 business days due to high order volumes.
  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery timeframes are based on business day estimates and may vary by destination. The Luxuriate is not liable for lost or stolen goods.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered except where required by law.

Exchange Policy – Australian & NZ Customers

Every stone and scent is unique. If your first purchase isn’t quite right, you may exchange it.

  • Exchanges are accepted on all unused stone holders and candle refills within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • During sale periods, exchanges are accepted; however, all shipping costs (both directions) are borne by the customer.
  • An exchange process will only be initiated upon approval by The Luxuriate, it must be delivered to our address in perfect condition and only with an Exchange Form which will be provided by The Luxuriate.

Exchange of Stone Holders:
Return your stone holder in original condition to access our curated replacement selection. If the replacement is of higher value, the price difference will apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; The Luxuriate covers outbound shipping for replacement items.

Exchange of Scent Refills:
Return your candle refill in original condition for  exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; The Luxuriate covers outbound shipping for replacement items.

Worldwide Customers

Due to the high cost of international returns, customers outside of Australia are given an opportunity to select another stone holder or candle refill with 50% off. A curated selection of candle holders will be offered to ensure the piece is one you will love.

*We are currently unable to ship orders to the Middle East due to ongoing regional conflict and disruptions to international logistics, however we will resume shipping to the region as soon as it becomes possible. Please contact customer service should you require further information.

Subscriptions

Subscription Pricing Policy

  • Starter Pack purchases include a minimum commitment of three refill shipments after the initial opening order.
  • An early exit fee will apply for any memberships wanting to cancel prior to the minimum term being met.
  • From 29 July 2025, refill pricing remains unchanged; however, a flat USD $5 subscription shipping fee applies to all U.S. deliveries. Shipments containing two or more refills will continue to ship free of charge.
  • Pricing reflects current Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). If FTA terms or customs regulations change, The Luxuriate reserves the right to adjust shipping fees or, if necessary, ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. In such cases, any applicable local duties or taxes will be payable by the recipient.

Subscription Failed Deliveries & Reshipping Fees

  • Customers are liable to ensure address details are up to date and correct. We do not accept address changes by email.
  • Customers are liable to track their shipments. The Luxuriate sends an email with tracking when an order dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or failed delivery, the following reshipping fees apply:

Refunds on Returned Orders:

We do not issue refunds on returned items.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

All products are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within five (5) days of delivery and include photo evidence. If an item has arrived faulty, we issue a replacement.


Please note: Variations in natural stone, including fine lines, veins, or small pits, are inherent characteristics and not considered faults.

Cancellations

Pre-order items may be cancelled for change of mind prior to dispatch. A 5% fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
