We offer FREE shipping for all orders over the amount listed on the home page banner. All orders will be dispatched from Australia within 1-2 working days following the day the order is placed. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive after you have received the shipping confirmation. Shipping times listed below are to be used only as a guide. You can elect to have the order left onsite at the time of ordering, however please note The Luxuriate is not liable for any lost or stolen goods if this option is selected.

Please note, at times, customs may delay your order and this is no way controllable or caused by The Luxuriate. Please be aware that for international orders, there may be extra charges such as taxes or duties that are payable by the recipient and not The Luxuriate. Please ensure address details are correct as once the package has been booked for dispatch it can longer be amended. Should there by any charges applicable for redelivery due to incorrect details entered at checkout will be payable by the customer.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return or exchange your product, please contact us on [email protected] within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange. All products must not be used and must be returned with the original packaging in tact. All returns and exchanges are at the cost of the customer. When returning, please use a trackable or registered service and ensure all products are boxed in the same condition they were sent. The Luxuriate does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods if the above is not adhered to. Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund or exchange after the products have been received and inspected by The Luxuriate.

SCENT SATISFACTION PROMISE (VALID FOR AUSTRALIAN ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)

Upon receiving your candle, if the scent is different to what you expected simply take advantage of our no hassle exchange system. Simply notify us and we will handle everything for a flat rate of $9.95. This includes return shipping, courier pick up or post office drop off and free shipping on your new choice! For Refillable collection orders only the candle insert is exchangeable. Candle holders are not exchangeable under this promotion. This promotion is only valid for one exchange per order and normal exchange policies will take place after this. All products must not be used and must be returned with the original packaging in tact so that they are adequately protected in transit. Please ensure that the product packaging is protected and returned in the same way it was received, your return may not be accepted if the product is returned damaged. Once your shipment has arrived to our facility please allow 1-2 business days to receive your discount code which will enable you to purchase your new item at no cost.ad.

FAULTY GOODS

All products are inspected carefully when packaged for dispatch. If the product reaches you and it has been damaged or is faulty then please contact The Luxuriate on [email protected] within 2 business days.
