BLACK FRIDAY POLICY
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia.
We have flat rate shipping of $10 within Australia and $20 for international orders. Free shipping applies to orders above $100 unless stated otherwise.
During peak sales periods, please allow up to 14 days for dispatch.
Once an order is placed, there are no guarantees we can make changes, so please ensure your cart and address details are accurate. The Luxuriate is not liable for any address changes after the order is placed.
You will receive an email with tracking details when dispatched. It is your responsibility to track and collect your order in time. If an order is returned to us, a reshipping fee will be charged to you.
All returns or exchanges must be unused, all packaging must be in tact and clean and must return undamaged.
All orders must be returned to our warehouse in Australia. Return costs are at the expense of the customer.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. Please use a registered service and ensure all products are boxed in the same condition they were sent. The Luxuriate does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods or used products that do not qualify for a return.
Once returned and inspected, please allow up to 7 days for a refund or a credit to be applied to your account.
Any returns that earnt a free gift must also return the free gift.

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over the amount listed on the top notice bar. All orders will be dispatched the following business day the order is placed. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to arrive after you have received the shipping confirmation. Shipping times listed below are to be used only as a guide. You can elect to have the order left onsite at the time of ordering, however please note The Luxuriate is not liable for any lost or stolen goods if this option is selected.

Please note, at times, customs may delay your order and this is no way controllable or caused by The Luxuriate. Please be aware that for international orders, there may be extra charges such as taxes or duties that are payable by the recipient and not the luxuriate. Please ensure address details are correct as once the package has been booked for dispatch it can no longer be amended. Should there by any charges applicable for redelivery due to incorrect details entered at checkout will be payable by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
We offer a door to door express shipment of all orders in Australia, United States and the UK. This means the price you see at checkout includes all duties and taxes.
For all other countries, unless stated otherwise on the top notice bar, International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. The Luxuriate is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

All returns must be returned to our warehouse in Australia.
If you receive your product and you change your mind or would like an exchange, you will need to notify us no later than 30 days after you receive your order.
When returning, all products must not be used and must be returned with the original packaging in tact. The cost of returning goods will be at the expense of the customer. Please use a traceable or registered service and ensure all products are boxed in the same condition they were sent. The Luxuriate does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods if the above is not adhered to.
Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to be processed or a credit to be placed on your account. This will be completed only after the products have been received and inspected by The Luxuriate. Credits on your account do not expire.
NOTE : All free gifts must also be returned.
SUBSCRIPTION RETURNED ORDERS
Any orders that are not collected in time and are sent back to The Luxuriate are either resent with a $10 reshipping fee or can be sent in your next refill free of charge. If a refund on a returned refill is requested, we charge a $20 return fee, as this fee is charged to us by the Couriers upon returning.
It is the customers responsibility to change an address on the order prior to a subscription order processing. Any changes made after the order is processed, is reflected on future orders only. If an order is lost due to an incorrect address, The Luxuriate is not held accountable for the loss and we can not refund. However we will make all attempts to make any changes prior to dispatch or redirect with the Couriers.
All products are inspected carefully when packaged for dispatch. If the product reaches you and it has been damaged or is faulty then please Contact Us. Photo evidence will need to be provided to The Luxuriate within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please note, that our stone holders are made of 100% natural stone. Being a precious and naturally occurring product, there will be fine lines and small pits. These are not faulty and will not be accepted.
