We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over the amount shown in the top notice bar. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia.

Dispatch Times

In-stock orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days from the time of order.

Pre-order stone holders are dispatched within 7 days of the estimated shipping date listed in your order confirmation.

During sale periods, dispatch may take up to 10 business days due to increased order volume.

You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly by region. You may opt to have your parcel left unattended at delivery; however, The Luxuriate is not liable for any lost or stolen goods if this option is selected.

International Shipping & Duties

We offer door-to-door express shipping to Australia, the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. For these regions, the price you see at checkout includes all duties and taxes — no additional fees are payable on delivery.

For U.S. customers:
At present, U.S. orders are shipped duty-free with no additional charges on arrival.

However, recent changes to U.S. import regulations may affect future shipments. If customs duties or courier clearance fees become applicable, these will be the responsibility of the customer.

For all other countries, unless stated otherwise on the top notice bar, international customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty, or customs charges. These charges are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you’re unsure.

Subscription & Pricing Policy

When you purchase a Starter Pack, you’re committing to a minimum of three refill shipments as part of your candle subscription experience.

Our pricing is designed to include free shipping and is based on current Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) between Australia and your country. At the time of purchase, no duties or taxes are typically payable by you upon delivery.

We reserve the right to apply any additional charges that may become applicable due to changes in FTAs, customs regulations, or shipping conditions during your subscription term. This may include increasing the cost of your subscription to maintain a similar door-to-door experience or sending shipments duties unpaid with all fees payable by the receiver.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only on all unused stone holders and candle refills within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, but The Luxuriate covers the cost of shipping the replacement.

To initiate an exchange, you’ll receive a link to select from a curated range of available stone holders. If the replacement item is of equal or lesser value, no further payment is required. If you choose a higher-value item, you’ll simply pay the difference.

We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges During Sale Periods

Exchanges are accepted during sale events; however, all shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.

Failed Deliveries & Reshipping Fees

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-collection, or failed delivery, the following reshipping fees apply:

Starter Pack: AUD $10 / USD $40 / GBP £40

Refill Shipments: AUD $10 / USD $20 / GBP £20

If a refund is requested on a returned order:

If you are still within your subscription term: no refund is available

If you are outside your minimum term: a refund may be issued, minus the original shipping cost and cost of return shipping

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct before your order processes. Address changes made after processing will only apply to future orders. The Luxuriate is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

All products are inspected prior to dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days and provide photo evidence.

Please note: Our stone holders are crafted from 100% natural stone. Variations, fine lines, and small surface pits are naturally occurring and not considered faults.

Cancellations

Pre-order items may be cancelled for change of mind; however, a 5% processing fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable platform charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel a pre-order.
