Thanks for the excellent service Lux Team. I contacted the team when my subscription refill 'Santal Fleur' arrived in a very badly damaged box with its glass all smashed and unsalvageable. The team had a replacement on it's way to me the following day and I received my new beauty in one piece!

Nice fragrance. Probably a little more powdery than I was expecting but still a very gentle smell that fills a big space without overpowering.

Beautiful candles. I’ve tried a few scents and they’re all lovely. I wish there was more scent throw but the holders and scents are great.

I love these candles and this is one of the scents I really gravitate too. You can burn this one year round! I do wish they were slightly more fragrant, but they are still the most beautiful candle burning in my home.

Yep, it's completely unexpected, but a total vibe. The balance of the notes is just incredible! Like, I'm shocked... The combination just works. Added incense for a hint of deep spirituality. This one really takes you on a journey

They burn evenly, throw out a luxurious scent and when placed in their unique candle holders are just a joy to have. They are the best and they're my guilty pleasure. Keep the scents coming.

Lovely smell that is a little more subtle

This was a sweeter scent than I expected like an original Santal. I think I like the more musky/ ambers scents better personally.

I had been wanting to try this candle and I love the way it smells. So unique!
