Leather, oud and tobacco drift into violet, rose and sandalwood, before settling into vanilla, labdanum and cashmere musk. Deep, sensual and quietly assured, Oud Bois is made for late nights, dim lighting and the effortlessly sophisticated.
Coconut and soy blend wax with cotton wicks, scented with premium fragrance oils and essential oils. Free from paraffins, parabens, phthalates and formaldehyde.

I’m not usually a woody person and go for fruity and floral but this scent blew me away! It’s a complex scent and great for living rooms as it adds a bit of sophistication.
I absolutely abhor the smell of OUD BOIS - I cannot burn it without sneezing and coughing. - IT IS HORRIBLE! And The Luxuriate has made it impossible by phone/by complaint/by email to change FRAGRANCE. It took me this long to find PAUSE - in which, I hope to choose another “CANDLE FRAGRANCE” ONE DAY very soon. But THE LUXURIATE needs to reach out to me with an offer - otherwise my PAUSE will switch to CANCELLATION TL Pawlack [****]

Not only is the candle beautiful, but the Oud Bois scent is possibly my favorite candle ever- and I’m very picky about smells! It’s not overpowering but it’s still strong enough that I can smell it from the next room over.
I love the Luxuriate idea but there are very few scents I like. The oud was a scent I expected to be heavy, lush and exotic; it smells like Fabuloso cleaner. Before ordering a subscription with multiple refills, order a sample kit so that you know what you are getting. Many are headache inducing. (I understand that each person is different, just check it out before spending a lot of money).

I purchased the Oud Bois scent as a gift to go with the blue onyx candle holder. I was a bit worried that they may not want the same refil for the next 3 deliveries, but with the sample box they were able to try all scents in that range, and it turns out, that the one I chose was their favourite. Beautiful candles. I highly recommend the sample box to try out the different scents.
