What is a subscription candle?

A subscription candle is an easy way to keep your stone candle burning without worrying about ordering a refill. Simply calculate how you burn your candles and how often you will need a refill and we will take care of the rest. No matter how small the order is you will always receive complimentary shipping. You will have the flexibility of editing or cancelling your subscription at any time.

How do I make a subscription order online?

Simply shop as you would normally, open any candle insert product page of you choice and click the “Subscription” tab on the page. Make your selections and add it to your cart.

Can I order a Subscription product and non subscription product at the same time?

Yes you can! You can checkout with regular products and subscription products at the same time. You will be charged once and will receive your order together.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Yes you can! At checkout, simply nominate the receivers address in the Shipping Address and we can send to them directly!

When do you ship and how often can I receive my order?

Your order will ship out the next business day and then the same date,  every month, every other month or on a quarterly basis. Its your choice!

What about shipping charges?

One of the main benefits of subscribing to refills is that we offer free shipping on all orders no matter the amount. This will bypass any normal shipping rule there is on the website.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged on the day you place your order. Then depending on your choice of frequency you will be charged on the same date in the following month, every other month or quarter.

Can I choose different scents as part of my choices?

Yes! You can choose any scent or quantity and make any changes for your next shipment in Your Account.

How do the subscription discounts work?

The discount is based on quantity and you can find the discount table under the Subscription tab. The discount is automatically applied in your cart.

How do I maximise the benefits of subscribing?

Example: Based on your burning preferences, you calculate that you will need 2 candle refills a month. Rather than order 2 candles every month you may receive a higher discount to order 4 candles every 2 months. Discounts are calculated on quantities per order so its worthwhile exploring the different options.

Can I change my address or card details?

Of course, if you enter Your Account page, you will see the subscription menu. All you current and previous subscriptions can be found here. You can easily update your address and any other details you wish. For all upcoming orders we ask that you do so no later than 24 hours from your next payment.

How do I manage all my upcoming subscriptions?

Simply login to your account, go to the subscription menu and make any changes you wish. If you require any help feel free to utilise our chat option found on any page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply login to Your Account, go to the subscription menu and follow the steps found on this page. We ask that you do this no later than 24 hours from your next payment, otherwise this cancellation will not take effect till after this shipment.
