HOW MANY SHIPMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR A CANDLE EXPERIENCE?
The Candle Experience consists of four shipments: the initial starter pack and three additional refills every three months. The experience automatically ends after the fourth shipment, making it commitment-free—enjoy the luxury of seasonal scents without any ongoing obligations.
WHAT IF I DONT LIKE MY FIRST SCENT?
If the first scent isn’t quite what you imagined and you’ve discovered a new favourite from our samples, no worries! We have an easy exchange process—just send us an email, and we’ll arrange for the right scent to be sent out to you promptly.
CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SCENT FOR MY NEXT SHIPMENTS?
Absolutely! You have complete flexibility to switch up the scents for your future shipments. Just log in to the member area and make your selection before your next shipment is processed.
HOW MUCH ARE THE REFILL SHIPMENTS?
As one of our VIP members, you enjoy exclusive discounts on your candle refills. If you choose one refill, you’ll receive a 10% discount, making it just $59. WHAT IF I JUST WANT THE STARTER PACK AND THAT'S ALL?
If you prefer only the starter pack, you can choose the One-Off Shipment option. This allows you to enjoy the luxurious candle holder and refill without any commitment to future shipments. It’s a perfect choice if you want to indulge without the additional refills.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPMENT FREQUENCY?
Fun fact: Our customers typically take about 80 days to burn through their refills, so we’ve set the default frequency at 3 months. But we know everyone burns at their own pace, so you have the flexibility to adjust your shipment frequency to every 1-4 months in your member area.
WHAT DO I DO WITH THE EMPTY REFILLS?
We are in the early stages of implementing a return program where you can return your empty refills to us. Stay tuned…
